How we brought JobBloomFit to life in classrooms — and the powerful response that followed.
🟢 The Spark
In the past few months, I’ve had the honor of presenting JobBloomFit to more than 50 students across 2 different schools. What began as a passion project quickly turned into a movement — a mission to empower students from underserved communities to dream big, plan wisely, and build their futures confidently.
The feedback? Engaged and Motivated. Students were inspired to take the next step. Teachers praised the initiative and welcomed it into their classrooms
🟢 How It Happened
Standing in Front of Future Leaders:
As I stepped into each classroom, I shared my finding and resources on how students can start they're journey's to achieve there dreams. At the end, I emphasized that I could provide additional help and could answer any questions they had
The energy in the room was electric. Hands shot up with questions:
-
"How can I start working online?"
-
"I want to improve my English so I can speak confidently."
-
From those first presentations, I knew this was something special.
🟢 Impact – Clubs, Coaching, and Contribution
From Inspiration to Action
-
We launched an initiative in participating schools — a space where students can continue learning, collaborating, and supporting one another.
-
Many students asked for help with communication, especially in spoken English, and others expressed interest in remote jobs but didn’t know where to begin.
-
I committed to offering free one-on-one mentorship to every student who needed it — guiding them with career advice, resume building, and communication practice.
-
From my part-time earnings, I personally planning to donate a laptop with high speed internet connection to NCC Student center for the students who are interested but don't have access to computer — because no one should be held back by a lack of tools.
