CS Tution Center Naduvilakkara -JobbloomFit Event
In a small room filled with quiet determination, I met 20 students whose stories I’ll never forget. During my visit to a local private tuition center, I shared the mission of JobBloomFit — and what I received in return was overwhelming: raw talent, unshakable dreams, and untapped potential.
These students don’t have access to laptops or home computers. But what they do have is resilience, creativity, and a willingness to learn using whatever tools they can — mostly just their phones.
🟢 Beyond Limitations — Real Stories, Real Dreams
During our session, one student shared how she tried to apply for a remote job using her phone, but couldn’t move forward without proper guidance. Another incredibly bright student had done deep research on cancer treatments and stored all her work in her phone — because she didn’t have a laptop. Her dream? To pursue a career in medical research and make a difference in the world.
It was a humbling reminder that opportunity gaps don’t define capability. These kids have everything it takes — they just need access, support, and someone to believe in them.
🟢 Listening Beyond Words — Reaching the Quiet Ones
While many students were excited and engaged during the presentation, some remained quiet — hesitant to raise their voices, even though their eyes were full of curiosity. The teacher later shared that a few of those silent students were among the brightest in the class, but lacked the confidence to speak up just yet.
He assured me that he plans to meet with them one-on-one to help them understand the JobBloomFit mission and encourage them to join in when they’re ready. He believes their time will come — and when it does, they’ll shine just as brightly.
This reaffirmed something powerful: Every student matters, even the quiet ones. Sometimes all they need is a little time and personal encouragement.
🟢 A Promise Made, A Future Unfolding
Seeing their potential, I made a promise. I offered one-on-one weekly sessions via Google Meet for continued guidance — starting immediately. For the student dreaming of becoming a cancer researcher, I committed to personally guiding her through the research process, helping her shape her ideas, and supporting her academic journey.
To take things further, I am going to donate a laptop with a year of internet access, so she and others in the group could start learning digital skills, explore opportunities, and chase their dream careers — not just imagine them.
🟢 A New Chapter Begins
This visit reminded me that JobBloomFit is not just a project — it’s a mission to reach the unseen, uplift the unheard, and invest in the underestimated. These students inspired me far more than I could ever express. They are brilliant, driven, and bursting with ideas.
With the right tools and someone to walk alongside them, there’s nothing they can’t achieve.
