Why I Started

JobBloomFit started as a simple idea: help people in my hometown get jobs or achieve goals. A family member had a youtube channel, which I helped editing videos and making graphics, but soon it was clear that we were gonna need more help.

We started teaching two women around in my hometown ( Kerala, India) how to edit videos and paying them for their services. This is where I learned how easy video editing is to teach, and how useful a skill it is, especially for people like our video editors, who never did any computer related jobs. They were not educated in how to even use a computer ,but I was able to teach them how to create videos for our channel and made it grow. I decided to learn about other easy and marketable skills (like Data Entry, Digital helper,Virtual  Assistant, Online tutoring)that could help them get jobs.

Additionally, when the two women, ready to explore other other jobs with skills they learned, we provided help in resume building and job application. This experience gave me confidence to extend my services to those who are in need especially low income high school students in my home town. I believe the awareness of what is possible early enough will give them a head start and plan ahead for the future career dreams. All I needed to do is share the knowledge that I already have  and mindset to support them as needed.

 What I Believe

I believe that:

  • Dreams shouldn’t be limited by a lack of resources.

  • The internet can be the greatest classroom — if you know how to use it.

  • Confidence can be built, skills can be taught, and potential can be unlocked.

And most of all, I believe that starting early matters. High school is the perfect time to explore, prepare, and take those first steps toward a dream career.

What I Can Promise

I may not have all the answers right now — but what I can guarantee is this:

I will research, learn, and figure it out.

I’m lucky to have internet access, a laptop, and the knowledge of how to find information online. I use those tools every day to answer the questions students ask, to guide them, and to find the best free resources available.

But more importantly, I want to teach them how to do the same. I want every student to know how to use the internet to learn skills, apply for jobs, build resumes, and explore their passions.

Empowering Students to Share Their Voice

One of the things I’m most proud of is creating my own blog to share what I’ve learned — and to prove how easy it is to build something powerful with just a bit of patience and focus.

During my presentations, I show students exactly how I created my blog — and how they can too. My goal is to encourage students in my hometown to build their own digital footprint, centered around their unique passions and knowledge.

Whether it’s art, science, coding, or life lessons, I want them to understand that sharing their voice through a blog not only helps them grow — it could also inspire and educate other students in their own community.

My Bigger Mission

Through JobBloomFit, I want to:

  • Motivate students to believe in themselves

  • Help them discover opportunities they’ve never heard of

  • Train them in soft skills and digital skills that schools don’t always teach

  • Provide access to devices, mentorship, and awareness — so they don’t feel left out

  • Guide them in creating blogs and portfolios to showcase their interests and talents

My goal is to create a space where people start early, stay curious, and grow confidently. Whether it’s helping someone write their first resume, offering a donated laptop, or guiding a student researcher over Google Meet — every small step matters.

This is just the beginning.
